BLUME 360 MEDIA EXPANDS DIGITAL CONTENT WITH ADDITION OF TEN SERIES; NAMES BROOKE WILLIAMS BLUME EXPERIENCE HEAD

LOS ANGELES/NEW YORK, November 18, 2019 – Blume TV, a cross-platform entertainment media brand for multicultural millennial audiences, announced today during a Digital Content presentation that the company is expanding its original digital content line-up by adding 10 new series.  With an eye on further expanding its in house content studio activities Blume 360 Media is also naming a new head of its Blume Studio.

Noted Blume 360 Media Head of Ad Sales and Integrated Marketing Kelly Lewis, who will co-lead the company’s New Media industry presentations, “Connecting authentically with multicultural consumers via the various platforms they access for news and entertainment is critical for brands to be successful today. Blume’s empowering news culture-centric content celebrates inclusion and engages our young consumers to help brands build true relevancy with this highly sought-after audience.”

The new digital series are produced by the Blume Content Studio, which Blume 360 Media launched this month as part of the company’s strategy to diversify its upcoming linear TV development slate with digital formats created and produced in-house and in partnership with emerging producers. The Blume Content Studio content will generate new revenues across every platform (linear and digital) while successfully targeting and engaging the highly elusive multicultural youth audience. Recently announced series should reach a combined total of 3.7M views  when it premieres January 10, 2020.

Lewis also disclosed that Brooke Williams has been named as Head of the Blume Content Studio.  She will be based in the company’s Los Angeles offices and will report directly to Hannah Cook, Blume COO.

Brooke who has been with BBC Media since 2014, most recently served as general manager overseeing the company’s productions, sales, operations and creative teams.  Specifically, she has overseen the production of some 400-plus hours of original content..
